Cancellation and Refund Conditions

1.1. The Customer is obliged to inform the Hotel of any changes to their reservation at least 15 days before the start date of the service. The fulfillment of such requests by the Customer is subject to the availability of the Hotel and is under the unconditional acceptance of the Customer.

1.2. The Customer agrees and undertakes to pay immediately and in full any price differences arising from changes made at their request. Otherwise, the change will not be made, and if made, it will be cancelled by the Hotel. This matter is under the unconditional acceptance of the Customer.

1.3. The Customer accepts and undertakes that the service purchased cannot be transferred to third parties.

1.4. If the Customer fails to inform the Hotel in writing of their participation in the service after missing the start time, the Hotel has the right to cancel all reservations and services made on behalf of the Customer after 24 hours. In such cases, no refund will be made to the Customer. If the Customer notifies within 24 hours from the start of the service that they will participate again, they can benefit from the service.

1.5. As stated in the pre-information form to the Customer, the Customer does not have the right to withdraw from this contract.

If the Customer has benefited from early booking discounts, it is unconditionally accepted by the Customer that they do not have the right to withdraw from this contract under any circumstances.

If the Customer decides to cancel/withdraw from the accommodation service purchased less than 14 days before the start date of the service and informs the Hotel in writing, the amount paid by the Customer will not be refunded. Date change requests made by the Customer are evaluated by the Hotel based on availability.

If the Customer decides to withdraw from the service after settling in the Hotel, they have no right to request a refund of the amount paid to the Hotel.

For reservations made on national and religious holidays and public holidays in Turkey, it is unconditionally accepted by the Customer that they do not have the right to withdraw from this contract under any circumstances.

1.6. If the Customer or their first-degree relatives have illnesses or deaths that prevent them from their usual activities, and if this is proven with an official report from a full-fledged state hospital before the start of the service, the amount paid by the Customer will be refunded within 30 (thirty) business days, excluding mandatory taxes, fees, and other legal obligations and amounts paid to third parties that are verifiable and non

-refundable.

1.7. If a customer blacklisted by the Hotel makes a reservation through the online system, the payment will be refunded after the reservation form reaches the Hotel, and the reservation will not be processed by the sales representative.

1.8. If the Customer wishes to terminate the service claiming that the service provided is defective, they agree and undertake to inform the Hotel management and the hotel where they are staying in writing about the reasons for termination; otherwise, it will be assumed that they have received and used the service and they will not have the right to request a refund of the service fee.

  1. Force Majeure

In the event of war, terrorist activities or threats, political tensions, inability to use property rights, public uprising, military or civil coup or coup attempt, closure of borders and airspace, travel bans or non-travel advisories, accidents, and natural disasters like earthquakes, floods, volcanic eruptions, strikes and lockouts, inflation, devaluation, trade embargoes, or other negative economic events, restrictions on transportation, epidemics, quarantines, etc., that directly or indirectly affect air and land transportation and adversely impact general living conditions, the contract can be suspended or terminated at the discretion and notification of the party unable to fulfill their commitment, without the need for documentation. In such cases, it is unconditionally accepted by the Customer that no damage or compensation will be paid by the Hotel.
